HR Transformation Programme

The HR Transformation Programme aims to advance the University's HR delivery by transforming our HR systems and processes.

A modern, cloud-based HR and payroll system will be introduced and will fully replace 14 systems and partially replace two systems, which currently support our HR activity, including those listed below. 


Employee Self Service

Self-service gives you direct access to some of your data held in the University HR/Payroll system. Please review your data periodically to keep it up to date. If you have any queries with Employee Self Service, please contact the chris helpdesk.

Web Recruitment System

The Web Recruitment System delivers an online recruitment process for applicants from submission of job applications to appointment of the successful candidate.

Staff Review and Development System

The purpose of the overall Staff Review and Development (SRD) Scheme is to enhance work effectiveness and facilitate career development. The Staff Reveiw and Development System allows the efficient recording and reporting of probationary and SRD review information.

Temporary Employment Service (TES) System

Release one of the application is for use by the TES and Payroll Teams only and will provide more efficient facilities to allow them to manage and pay temporary workers.
