HR Transformation Programme
The HR Transformation Programme aims to advance the University's HR delivery by transforming our HR systems and processes.
A modern, cloud-based HR and payroll system will be introduced and will fully replace 14 systems and partially replace two systems, which currently support our HR activity, including those listed below.
Employee Self Service
Self-service gives you direct access to some of your data held in the University HR/Payroll system. Please review your data periodically to keep it up to date. If you have any queries with Employee Self Service, please contact the chris helpdesk.

RAS
New RAS (Recruitment Administration System) is used for all vacancies that require permission to fill. If you are a registered RAS user please log in at: https://hrsystems.admin.cam.ac.uk/ras-webapp/.

Web Recruitment System
The Web Recruitment System delivers an online recruitment process for applicants from submission of job applications to appointment of the successful candidate.

Temporary Employment Service (TES) System
Release one of the application is for use by the TES and Payroll Teams only and will provide more efficient facilities to allow them to manage and pay temporary workers.
Authorised users can login to the TES application at: https://hrsystems.admin.cam.ac.uk/tes-webapp/

Integrated Reward System

Cambridge Casual Worker System (CCWS)
The Cambridge Casual Worker System (CCWS) is the system we use to manage the engagement and payment of casual workers.
Advice can be sought from Casual.Workers@admin.cam.ac.uk. For technical issues contact CHRIS.Helpdesk@admin.cam.ac.uk.
If your casual worker is an administrative member of staff, you should use the Temporary Employment Service to process the worker. You should also use the Temporary Employment Service if you need help finding an appropriate worker from their pool of administrative candidates.
