Problems logging into CHRIS?
Please note if you are not yet registered on CHRIS as a user you will see the message ‘Invalid login — single sign-on user does not exist in Trent’.
Do not be alarmed — it simply means that your registration has yet to take place. Check that the actions below have been taken.
- Have you completed CHRIS training? (Your CHRIS account will be activated once training has been completed.)
- Has your Key Contact confirmed your access with CHRIS Training or CHRIS Helpdesk Team?
System Vulnerability Periods
