Within HR Systems, our primary systems development methodology is Agile.
Using Agile, we deliver working, tested software and systems functionality in fixed releases on set dates. However, exactly what is delivered is variable in response to changing requirements, or priorities, identified by our HR senior users and during demos to the user community throughout the development process.
